Angelina Jolie Pitt acknowledges administration of film fest board

The Cambodia International Film Festival got the support of one of Hollywood's greatest stars yesterday with the declaration that on-screen character Angelina Jolie Pitt had acknowledged the administration of the celebration's recently shaped Honorary Committee.

The celebration's 6th version will keep running from December 4 to 10 showcasing more than 130 movies from 34 nations in eight screening venues crosswise over Phnom Penh.

The Honourary Committee was set up this year "gathering experts in silver screen who bolster the advancement of the Cambodian film industry", a CIFF public statement said.
